Livingston, West LothianPaid in advance on 4th February 2025 for a journey from Victoria Coach Station to Kings Cross Station on 24th February 2025 with 12 noon pick up. No vehicle appeared and after several phone calls was advised that no vehicle was available. I was promised a refund of the £24 I had paid. To date no refund has been received, hence the title of this review. Some people would regard the failure to refund as theft or fraud.
