Brighouse, West YorkshireTried to book a wheelchair access taxi for myself and my disabled wife. Date required 4th September to attend my wife's mother's funeral, then to cemetery for burial and return to church. All trips very short distances.
Woods Brighouse disinterested, Rang Woods Huddersfield and offered to pay for waiting time to cover all journeys approx 3 hrs in total. I was told that a manager would look into it and l would be informed if there was a possibility of it happening l am still awaiting a reply.
I have used Wood several times over the last months and been satisfied with the service but l find their attitude to this situation quite unhelpful
