We have now changed our charging policy in Maidstone. We now operate on a "No extra charge after midnight" policy making Streamline great value for all.

With over 70 years of experience in the passenger transport industry, you'd think they would be able to turn up on time but this is not the case. We have used them regularly over recent months and literally 50% of the time they are more than 10 mins late with no updates, no warning and no apology.

I don't know about their after-midnight charges, but I do know they have other hidden charges which they try to claim without grounds, like "waiting time" and I do know the drivers are incapable of ringing a doorbell to advise you that they have arrived, so the whole "wait time" hidden charge smacks of being scammed, especially when you can't reliably expect them to arrive on time in the first place. Presumably, they expect everyone to wait on the pavement whatever the weather so they can design to arrive whenever they see fit.

Avoid using, there are far more customer-service-orientated companies who are worthy of your business.

Over 3 months doing twice weekly return trips to the same place they were late by over 10 mins 50% of pick ups, sometimes by over 30 mins, and never once acknowledged the inconvenience or apologised.

When they attempted to charge my elderly mother a waiting fee over an unsubstantiated 10 min delay, when they had failed to ring the doorbell to alert her, we asked for both their terms and conditions of carriage and their complaints policy, neither of which they have supplied.

As they are both unpunctual and dishonest, we strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
