Scarborough, North YorkshireCompletely destroyed a lovely evening. Booked a minibus to take two adults and three children home in a 4-mile journey and was charged £42.60 for the privilege. Over £10 per mile to get home. I have flown to Ireland for less money on a budget airline. How in the world can anyone justify that expense. What is worse, we weren't told the cost upfront otherwise we would have told them to stick it. Absolutely disgusted. It can take years to build a reputation and seconds to destroy it, and with prices like this, the reputation will be destroyed.

I don’t accept being lied to when I’m standing in the rain outside a restaurant in the rain! Don’t promise a service you can’t deliver, give the customer the option to make other arrangements! I will never use this company again.
