About the Business
My name is Les Ford i am the owner of J N J Taxis Ltd. I worked for other taxi companies for 3 years I then decided to open up my own taxi company with the experience I had gained with other companies. I have now had my own company for 15 years. I do contract work for the council which entails working with children, I also do airport runs if required. I now have 18 years experience in driving Taxis. Over the last 15 years the family business has earned a good reputation of good services, timekeeping and friendliness.
We were the first Taxi Company in Beverley to start caring for passengers in wheelchairs. We now have 3 Taxis that are capable of carrying wheelchairs, one of which has a tail lift and is capable of carrying 2 wheelchairs, and all are multi seaters. We also have 2 cars. We price each job using the Taxi meter, this makes sure that whichever Taxi picks you up the price should be the same as the last one to within a few pence and the fare is visible to see as you are travelling.
