Goldstar has the latest dispatch system, and all cars are fitted with GPS tracking devices and customer Text Back which lets you know which vehicle will be picking you up. All this adds up to a professional and safe journey.

This company is appalling in every way possible! One of their drivers NEARLY CAUSED A MULTIPLE CAR PILE-UP whilst taking three bridesmaids to our daughter's wedding. He did not know where he was going and asked the bridesmaids how to get there?! He was so terrified of getting lost that he followed the bridal Rolls Royce with a top speed of 45mph along the NDR. He then proceeded to pull on someone on the NDR and then on the Buxton Road Junction heading towards Alby. If it wasn't for the drivers of the other vehicles on the A140 who managed to stop he would have killed our bridesmaids. This was witnessed by many people. (07/05/22 if you were involved in this). They were also late in picking up the bridesmaid, cancelling the booked minibus and making us pay for two taxis ONE HOUR BEFORE THE WEDDING! The man on the phone didn't care one bit, saying I could find other transport if I wished!! They deny they were late even though I have sent them proof. The Bridesmaids turned up at the wedding AFTER the bride. The first taxi driver hassled our guests for payment!!! So rude. But for all of these hideous events to happen for them not to care is a joke. I was told that the owner would ring me but no one ever did. I shall be reporting this company to the council also as their driver could have killed someone. They are liars, they are rude, and they are dangerous. With so many other companies to choose from, don't choose these!
