Romford, East LondonStay away don’t book this untrustworthy company - A terrible company that steals your money. Had booked a return for 11pm. Said they were running 1.5 hours late due to traffic but this was simply not true as we had checked this, we asked for evidence but there was no evidence provided he offered to show us a screenshot but nothing was shown.
We saw the driver use the Uber app on the first trip so we must have had a better offer on the table.
We had paid a £30 deposit for the journey back but only a £10 return was offered and I very much doubt this will be paid…
We eventually booked an Uber back and could see the roads were absolutely clear on both sides.
Please stay away from this company.
