Cambridge, CambridgeshireBooked a cab in advance to take me to the station. They weren’t there at the time - 15 minutes later I got a text saying they were very busy, but not giving me an updated time. I texted again. Nothing. I called the number - disconnected. Half an hour after the appointed time they still weren’t there; I had missed my train. I didn’t get an apology or an explanation. They really let me down.
