Proprietor Bryn Williams has over 26 years experience in the industry. Working for many years as a dedicated 'cabby' for another local firm, Bryn realized that there was a need for something different for the customers of Buckley and surrounding area.
In Bryn's vision of the future for Buckley Cars, technology focused heavily and as a consequence Buckley Cars, became the first local company to use a fully computerized booking and dispatch system. Bryn didn't use a pre-formatted package, he designed his own unique system to suit the needs of local people, the very people he knew best. It became apparent early on that Buckley Cars needed to offer our customers a service that would truly make a difference to how they would use a taxi service, so in the era of mobile phones it was most logical to use them to our customers advantage. The introduction of 'texting' Buckley Cars customers.
