About the Business
We do not generally charge a cancellation fee as we are happy to re book any journeys you may not be able to take, but reserve the right to apply a ‘late cancellation fee' of 50% of the fare, if a job is booked, but then cancelled within 24 hours of the pickup time. If you have already paid for the journey by credit card or Pay Pal, then we undertake to refund you within 24 hours if a journey is cancelled.
Our office is manned from 6am until 10pm every day, when you can speak to someone, but outside these hours, we can still be contacted on 01954 782822, for clients to leave voice messages, booking requests or cancellation requests. We will return your call asap.
