A1 Taxis are one of the Redditch's most distinguished Private Hire Companies satisfying the needs of Redditch and it's surrounding areas. We have a large and modern fleet of 4 seater saloon vehicles, estates, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 16 seater vehicles as well as wheelchair accessible vehicles. All of our vehicles are maintained to high standards and our drivers are fully licensed by Redditch Borough Council.

Redditch, WorcestershireI had a taxi today that smelt of smoke, I do know a few of the drivers do but that it is not allowed as it’s public transport, I don’t appreciate breathing it in especially when I’m pregnant. I have also noticed some of your drivers are saying that the fair is more than it says on the screen. Other than that your service is brilliant.

Redditch, WorcestershireThis company racially attacked me when I was vulnerable. They locked me in the car when I questioned that the same trip that I took 4 times a week had suddenly increased. Taking advantage that I’m a young woman travelling in the night for work. They locked the doors and continued to make me feel unsafe. The man titled Asim, driver number: 351 and car reg: GX64 KOB (Grey VW Passat) - Tried to reverse into me once I was able to leave the taxi and he continued to swear and use racial slurs, please protect young women and please refuse to use this company. (Asim middle-aged Asian male). The operator Adam (white male) did nothing to protect me and continued to egg the driver on. The police have been informed and they will be investigated.
