Serving Bedford and the surrounding areas, we deliver the very best in customer service to all our customers. Gone are the days where you would sit in a taxi and hear a loud voice shouting down the radio throughout the whole journey. Unlike many taxi firms in Bedford, we have moved with the technology revolution and adopted an innovative computer based dispatch system. There are no two-way radios in our vehicles. All drivers have a PDA which is just like a small mobile phone and this gives them all the information they need. All our vehicles are also tracked via GPS (global positioning system), allowing us to track every vehicle in our fleet and pin point their exact location anywhere in the U.K. This then in turn enables us to dispatch a vehicle nearest to the booking and thus providing a fast, efficient and reliable service. It also gives the customer and driver a sense of safety.
